Dr. Scott Burns presents:
"Dynamic Geology of the National Parks of the Pacific Northwest"
We are so lucky to have six major National Parks in the Pacific Northwest: Olympic, Northern Cascades, Rainier, Crater Lake, Lassen, & Redwoods.
Dr. Burns has taught the Geology of the National Parks class at PSU for over 30 years. In this talk he will explore the exciting places to visit in each park, all about the geology of each park, how it relates to the other parks and their hidden secrets.
This is another joint presentation of the Lower Columbia Chapter of the Ice Age Floods Institute and the Tualatin Historical Society.
