A two week Display at the Tualatin Library

  • PLUS….our biennial quilt show is March 14th and 15th from 10-3 at the Heritage Center.

Tualatin Historical Society Historian, Sandra Lafky Carlson, is preparing a display of quilting and sewing items for a 2-week display in the Tualatin Library lobby.  The display will feature vintage quilts and sewing items from our collection.  There will be hand-sewn quilts and dolls, including Raggedy Ann and soft bunnies.  Also, among the sewing tools, toy sewing machines will be displayed.

The display is scheduled for March 4 through 16 to announce and promote a vintage quilts show, “The Fabric of Our Lives” at the Tualatin Heritage Center on March 14 and 15, open from 10 am to 3 pm each day.
