The 1916 murder house soon to be gone—but not forgotten.

The former home of Helen Gore Jennings will be taken down as part of the widening of Tualatin Sherwood Road. Helen was murdered in her home in 1916. The city investigated the possibility of modifying the front of the home to accommodate the new road but the owner ultimately requested it just be removed.
